CUR .cur is the Windows Cursor (.cur) files. It is a static windows cursor file that is a still image that is identical to .ico (Icon) files in most ways aside from the file extensions that exists. It is used like the .ico files which are to view images in a different way. ANI formatted files, even in Windows 7 can view this type of file. It contains file header, info headers, and cursor data.
WBMP .wbmp refers to the wireless application protocol bitmap monochrome graphics file format. The format was initially developed by the WAP forum which later become part of the open mobile alliance. WBMP files are optimized for mobile devices prior to the advent of smartphones and is categorized as a raster image file format. Mobile network services such as SMS and MMS on GSM carriers typically have compatible support for this format, allowing users to send graphics saved in this format.

How to convert CUR to WBMP

STEP 1
